Allow veterans of the U.S. Armed Forces to park motor vehicles without charge at any airport or airport parking property or facility in Mississippi.

Require the veteran to provide evidence of veteran status and be either the driver or a passenger in the vehicle at the time of exiting the airport or parking facility.

Accept multiple forms of evidence including DD-214 forms, military discharge documents, valid military identification cards, VA medical or identification cards, National Guard Form NGB 22, written certification from the State Veterans Affairs Board, or a "Vet" designation on a Mississippi driver's license.

Take effect July 1, 2025.
