Increases the maximum total funding available per county under the Rural Fire Truck Acquisition Assistance Program from $1,010,000 to $1,100,000.

Adds a sixteenth fire truck to the eligible purchases for counties, with the sixteenth truck eligible for up to $90,000 in state assistance.

Increases the number of $90,000-tier fire trucks available from four to five trucks across all funding rounds for counties at various eligibility levels.

Removes the restriction that counties can only receive matching assistance from the Rural Fire Truck Matching Assistance Fund if they have received funding for no more than eight rounds.

Effective date is July 1, 2025.
