Amends Section 28 of Chapter 549, Laws of 2023 to allow the Town of D'Lo's road project funds to be used for paving other streets in the town, not just the originally specified streets.

Section (gk) adds language authorizing Phase II paving funds to be used for "paving other streets in the town" beyond First, Second, Third, Fourth Streets and Cemetery Road.

Section (gl) adds language authorizing Phase III paving funds to be used for "paving other streets in the town" beyond the originally listed streets (South Oak, West Fifth, East Fifth, West Pecan, and East Pecan).

Provides the Town of D'Lo flexibility to allocate $250,000 for Phase II projects and $250,000 for Phase III projects across additional town streets as needed.
