Creates the Mississippi Childcare Teachers Shortage Study Committee to examine the state's childcare worker shortage and strategies to increase affordable childcare seats

Committee comprises 7 members: one state senator, one state representative, representatives from the Departments of Human Services and Employment Services, plus three appointees from the childcare provider, economic development, and business/industry communities

Committee must study whether wage incentive programs for childcare teachers would be effective, review programs in other states, and examine solutions to the childcare teacher shortage

Members receive no compensation or travel reimbursement; appointments must be made within 30 days after the 2025 Regular Session ends

Final report due to the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Speaker, and relevant committee chairs by December 1, 2025, after which the committee dissolves
