Adds new paragraph (29) to Section 43-13-115 of Mississippi Code to expand Medicaid eligibility to individuals under 65 years of age who are not pregnant, not enrolled in Medicare Parts A or B, and whose income does not exceed 133% of the federal poverty level.

Individuals eligible under the new paragraph (29) shall receive benchmark coverage or benchmark equivalent coverage as described in Section 1937 of the federal Social Security Act.

The Division of Medicaid is responsible for determining eligibility for individuals covered under this expansion.

Implements the bill effective July 1, 2024, authorizing Mississippi to provide Medicaid coverage as permitted under the federal Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.
