Creates the Mississippi Center for Legal Services Corporation Fund in the State Treasury to be administered by the Mississippi Center for Legal Services Corporation and distributed to legal service centers throughout the state.

Increases the filing fee for petitions to expunge an offense from $150.00 to $152.00, effective July 1, 2025.

Allocates the $152.00 expungement petition fee as follows: $100.00 to Judicial System Operation Fund, $40.00 to District Attorneys Operation Fund, $10.00 retained by circuit clerk for administration, and $2.00 deposited into the Mississippi Center for Legal Services Corporation Fund.

Allows the Mississippi Center for Legal Services Corporation Fund to accept monies from public or private sources, with fund balances and earned interest not lapsing to the State General Fund at fiscal year end.
