Authorizes the State Bond Commission to issue up to $1,200,000 in general obligation bonds to assist Bolivar County in paying costs for the third phase of development of the Terrene Landing River Park project near Rosedale.

Creates a special fund designated "2025 Bolivar County Terrene Landing River Park Fund" within the State Treasury to receive bond proceeds and disburse funds to the county for the project.

Bonds are general obligations of the State of Mississippi backed by the full faith and credit of the state, with principal and interest payable semiannually or annually and maturity not to exceed 25 years from issuance.

Restricts bond issuance authority to before July 1, 2029, and requires investment earnings on fund amounts to be used for debt service on the bonds.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
