Amends Section 37-21-3 of the Mississippi Code to clarify that prekindergarten and early childhood education employees in charter schools authorized by the Mississippi Charter School Authorizer Board are exempt from state qualifications requirements only if their programs are not granted by the State Department of Education.

Maintains existing qualifications for master teachers, teachers, and assistant teachers in state-funded early childhood education programs, including bachelor's degree requirements and specific coursework in early childhood education or child development.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
