• Renames the State Fire Academy Education Building and Auditorium in Pearl, Rankin County as the "Honorable Mary Ann Stevens Education Building and Auditorium"

• Renames the State Fire Academy Administration Building as the "Commissioner George Dale Administration Building"

• Renames the State Fire Academy Fire Station as the "Reggie Bell Fire Station" and the Apparatus Building as the "Bill Warren Apparatus Building"

• Renames the Mississippi Workers' Compensation Commission Building in Jackson as the "Liles Williams Workers' Compensation Building"

• Requires the Department of Finance and Administration to install plaques and outdoor signage on each renamed facility displaying the official names and honoring the respective individuals, effective July 1, 2025
