Allows telephone solicitors to contact consumers regarding Medicare Advantage Plans or Medicare Supplement Plans if the consumer and solicitor have an established business relationship or if the consumer has requested a call from the company.

Corrects a reference error in Section 77-3-709 from subsection (h) to subsection (g) regarding established business relationships.

Removes the prohibition against telephone solicitations by insurance agents selling Medicare supplement policies or certificates, allowing them to solicit under the same terms as other insurance agents.

Deletes the ban on telephone solicitations by issuers of Medicare supplemental policies or certificates in Section 83-9-110, allowing them to make such calls subject to federal preemption under 42 USC Section 1395w-26(b)(3).

Effective date: July 1, 2025.
