Authorizes local municipal water authorities and water associations to bottle and sell water from their municipal supplies directly to consumers.

Requires compliance with all state and federal health, safety, and labeling regulations for bottled water production and distribution.

Mandates that revenues from bottled water sales be reinvested into water infrastructure maintenance and community development projects within the respective municipalities.

Amends Section 21-27-7 of Mississippi Code to explicitly authorize municipal governing authorities to carry out bottled water operations under this act.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
