Requires that land not redeemed within 90 days after the redemption period expires be struck off to the state if no deed of conveyance is demanded by the purchaser.

Directs the chancery clerk to certify unredeemed land to the Secretary of State on required forms, and requires the taxing authority to cancel all debt accrued during the redemption period.

Requires the chancery clerk to certify to the Secretary of State within 30 days after redemption expires a list of all lands struck off to the state, including land descriptions, costs, fees, and taxes segregated by state, county, levee and drainage districts.

Allows the Secretary of State to provide certification forms as electronic records, and permits the chancery clerk to submit the list with an electronic signature to vest good title in the State of Mississippi.

Applies only to land sold for nonpayment of taxes on or after July 1, 2025, with the act taking effect on that date.
