Transfers administration and oversight of the Mississippi Workforce Enhancement Training Fund from the Mississippi Community College Board to the Mississippi Office of Workforce Development.

Establishes that community and junior colleges shall be the primary entity to facilitate training funded through the Workforce Enhancement Training Fund, in collaboration with the Office of Workforce Development.

Modifies fund distribution procedures, requiring Workforce Enhancement Training contributions to be transferred directly to the Mississippi Office of Workforce Development Treasury Account rather than the Community College Board account.

Removes previous language requiring collaboration between the Office of Workforce Development and Mississippi Community College Board in administering the fund, consolidating administrative authority in the Office of Workforce Development.

Effective date: July 1, 2025.
