Removes the requirement that counties can only receive matching assistance under the Rural Fire Truck Acquisition Assistance Program if they have received funding for no more than eight rounds from the program.

Allows counties and municipalities with remaining eligibility to continue accessing matching assistance funds from the Rural Fire Truck Matching Assistance Fund without a cap on the number of previous funding rounds received.

Maintains all other eligibility requirements including the 10% local matching funds pledge and the 80% maximum of total state funds (combined from subsection 3 and 5) toward fire truck purchase price.

Fire trucks must meet National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 1900 series standards and be approved by the Rural Fire Truck Review Committee.
