Increases the maximum daily amount counties may pay grand jurors and petit jurors in chancery, county, circuit, and special eminent domain courts from $40.00 to $100.00 per day, with a minimum of $25.00 per day.

Authorizes sheriffs to pay for room and board of sequestered jurors on panel during trials requiring jury separation.

Establishes a Lengthy Trial Fund administered by the Administrative Office of Courts to provide wage replacement or supplementation to civil jurors serving more than 10 days, with payments up to $300.00 per day beginning on day 11 and up to $100.00 per day from days 4-10 for those experiencing significant financial hardship.

Requires jurors requesting Lengthy Trial Fund payments to submit verification of wages from employers or sworn affidavits for self-employed individuals, with payments limited to the difference between jury fees and actual wages earned.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
