Designates Interstate 22 and a portion of U.S. Highway 78 in DeSoto County as the "Medal of Honor Trail" with appropriate signage to be erected and maintained by the Mississippi Department of Transportation.

Designates multiple highway and road segments across Mississippi as memorials, including Mississippi Highway 19 South (MSgt. Bridgette R. Horn Memorial Highway with End of Watch date November 19, 2020), Mississippi Highway 9 South (Meaghan Bedford Reed Memorial Highway), and six additional road segments honoring named individuals.

Designates three bridges as memorials: the Strong River Bridge on Mississippi Highway 149 (Badger-Malone-Igleharte Memorial Bridge), the Regional Center Drive bridge in Oxford (Jerry Wilburn Memorial Bridge), and the U.S. Route 72 bridge spanning Turner Creek in Corinth (Vietnam Veterans Memorial Bridge), with plaques and markers to be erected at each.

Requires the Mississippi Department of Transportation to erect signage on U.S. Route 84 in Lincoln County approaching Mississippi Highway 583 to indicate the location of the Berean Children's Home.

Authorizes the State Highway Commission to donate the Southwest Quadrant property at the intersection of State Highways 3 and 6 in Marks to the City of Marks, with the state retaining mineral rights and restrictions on junkyards and billboard advertising, effective July 1, 2025.
