Increases the fee deposited into the Comprehensive Electronic Court Systems Fund from $10.00 to $25.00 for every civil case filed in chancery court, effective January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2027, and continuing thereafter.

Increases the fee deposited into the Judicial System Operation Fund from $40.00 to $50.00 for every civil case filed in chancery court under the same effective dates.

Makes identical increases to fees for circuit courts: raising the Comprehensive Electronic Court Systems Fund fee from $10.00 to $25.00 and the Judicial System Operation Fund fee from $40.00 to $50.00 for every civil case filed.

Increases certain annual compensation for chancery clerks attending board of supervisors meetings from $2,500 to $5,000 and for other clerk services from $5,500 to $10,000, effective January 1, 2028.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
