Amends Section 9-1-59 to require public defenders have free access to Mississippi Electronic Court System records for matters involving indigent defendants.

Brings forward Section 99-19-73 concerning state assessments imposed on traffic violations, implied consent law violations, game and fish violations, and other misdemeanors and felonies for purposes of possible amendment.

Effective date is July 1, 2025.
