Creates the Mississippi Firearms Parental Amnesty Act providing civil and criminal immunity to parents or legal guardians who voluntarily surrender firearms owned, possessed, or controlled by minors under 18 years old to law enforcement, regardless of whether the firearm was used in a crime.

Allows firearm surrender at any police district, station, headquarters, or by summoning an officer to a residence or place of business, with no requirement to provide identification, photographs, or fingerprints.

Prohibits payment for surrendered firearms and requires law enforcement to check with the District Attorney or Attorney General whether firearms are needed as evidence before destruction.

Amends Section 45-9-53 to clarify that county and municipal firearm buyback programs must either destroy surrendered firearms or sell them at auction to federally licensed dealers, with auction proceeds going to the county or municipality's general operating fund.

Brings forward Sections 97-37-1 and 97-37-3 regulating concealed carry of dangerous weapons and firearm forfeiture procedures, effective July 1, 2025.
