Requires foreign third-party litigation funders to disclose in writing to the Mississippi Attorney General the name, address, and country of incorporation of any foreign entity with a right to receive or obligation to make payments contingent on civil action outcomes.

Mandates disclosure of any foreign entity that receives or is entitled to receive proprietary information or national security-related information obtained through the funding agreement.

Requires foreign third-party litigation funders to produce copies of any funding agreements creating contingent payment rights to the Attorney General.

Establishes a 30-day disclosure deadline from either the date the funding agreement is executed or the civil action is filed, whichever occurs first; applies a 30-day deadline from service for agreements entered after the civil action is filed.

Takes effect July 1, 2025, and stands repealed June 30, 2025 (one-year sunset provision).
