Adds administrative dissolution or revocation as a penalty for employers who violate the Mississippi Employment Protection Act, enforced by the Secretary of State.

Authorizes the Attorney General to investigate violations and impose civil penalties up to $10,000 per unauthorized alien hired, with each unauthorized alien constituting a separate violation.

Grants the Department of Employment Security, Department of Revenue, and Secretary of State authority to promulgate rules and regulations for enforcement and seek additional agency-specific penalties.

Amends corporate dissolution and limited liability company revocation statutes to permit administrative action against entities in violation of the Mississippi Employment Protection Act.

Effective July 1, 2025.
