Requires all felony warrants issued for nonappearance be placed on the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) index with no restrictions until the defendant is returned to custody.

Extends the notification period for surety license revocation from 10 working days to 20 working days after the Department of Insurance notifies a surety of revocation.

Authorizes sureties to submit proof to the Department of Insurance before revocation that the defendant has been surrendered or the bond has been paid, including receipts of payment, surrender certificates, or notices of surrender from proper authorities.

Applies the same bail and surety notification requirements to both municipal courts and circuit/district courts.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
