Amends the method of transferring a parcel of land in Greene County (adjacent to the former Old Highway 63 Chickasawhay River Bridge) from the Mississippi Department of Transportation to Greene County Board of Supervisors by changing "transfer and convey" to "donate."

The property consists of approximately 9.78 acres along Old Highway 63 in Section 12, Township 2 North, Range 6 West, spanning 2,130 feet in total length with 200 feet in width.

Greene County Board of Supervisors must allow existing utilities on the property to remain at the discretion of utility owners and cannot require relocation except by utility owner agreement.

Prohibits establishment of junkyards and restricts billboards, outdoor advertising structures, and signs on the property, except signs advertising sale, lease, hire of the property or principal activities conducted on the land.

Mississippi retains all mineral rights to the property, and MDOT is authorized to correct any discrepancies in the legal property description.
