Amends Section 51-15-105, Mississippi Code of 1972, to revise eligibility requirements for persons appointed to the Board of Directors of the Pat Harrison Waterway District.

Prohibits appointment of current members of boards of supervisors, fulltime elected officials, or county employees to the Governor-appointed positions (3 members from district at large) or county-appointed positions (one member from each of the 16 counties in the district).

For county-appointed board members, clarifies that appointees cannot be employees of the county making the appointment.

Effective July 1, 2025.
