Revises the definition of "agritourism activity" to specify it must be conducted on premises registered by an agritourism professional and allows the general public to view or enjoy rural activities including farming, ranching, and historic or cultural attractions.

Changes signage requirements from "signs" to "signage" and specifies posting only at the entrance to the agritourism location rather than at both the entrance and the activity site.

Requires agritourism professionals to register annually with the Mississippi Department of Agriculture and Commerce and pay a $50.00 annual registration fee.

Establishes a special fund in the State Treasury for registration fee collections that does not lapse into the General Fund and retains any interest earnings.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
