Amends Mississippi Code Section 97-3-25 to add incitement to suicide as an element of manslaughter when a person knowingly incites another to commit suicide through any means including telephone, social media, or electronic communications, and that incitement results in the person's self-inflicted death.

Classifies such suicide incitement as "child homicide" (subject to enhanced penalties up to 30 years imprisonment) when the perpetrator is over 21 years old and the victim is under 18 years old.

Amends Mississippi Code Section 97-3-35 to explicitly define manslaughter to include killing a human being by knowingly inciting them to commit suicide through any form of communication, when the incitement results in self-inflicted death.

Brings forward Section 97-3-33 defining involuntary manslaughter as the killing of a human being through culpable negligence while the victim is committing a trespass or other injury to property.

Effective date: July 1, 2025.
