Revises Section 27-105-305 of Mississippi Code to allow boards of supervisors to designate county depositories during the last year of their four-year term, effective July 1, 2025.

Requires that notice of bid acceptance for county depository services be published no more than 24 months apart when a depository is designated during the board members' final year of their term.

Maintains existing authority for boards to solicit bids annually or at intervals up to every four years, with consideration of factors including net earnings, account costs, banking services, and fund safety.

Removes the previous prohibition that prevented boards of supervisors from designating a depository during the last year of a four-year term.

Allows the State Treasurer to select a depository when a conflict of interest exists for board members regarding a submitted bid.
