Adds Section 97-29-31 (indecent exposure) to the list of registrable sex offenses requiring registration under Mississippi Code Section 45-33-23.

Persons convicted of indecent exposure must register as sex offenders and comply with all registration duties including providing photographs, fingerprints, biological samples, and registration information to the Department of Public Safety.

The amendment applies to convictions or adjudications for indecent exposure committed on or after the effective date.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
