• Reenacts the Mississippi Health Care Industry Zone Act (Sections 57-117-1 through 57-117-9) to extend tax incentives for health care industry facilities meeting minimum job creation and capital investment requirements.

• Extends the repealer date of the Health Care Industry Zone Act from July 1, 2025 to July 1, 2026.

• Extends the reverter date for ad valorem tax exemptions and fee-in-lieu of taxes for health care industry facilities from July 1, 2025 to July 1, 2026.

• Extends the repealer date for sales tax exemptions on materials used in construction of health care industry facilities from July 1, 2025 to July 1, 2026.

• Updates broadband technology equipment definitions and extends telecommunications equipment tax exemption from July 1, 2025 to July 1, 2030.
