Appropriates $2,263,275.00 from the State General Fund to the City of Natchez, Mississippi for the Concord Avenue Drainage Improvement Project for fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026).

Funds will be used for drainage improvements including surface removal, excavation, street elevation lowering, granular material addition, asphalt surfacing, curb and gutter installation, and underground drainage pipes to redirect storm runoff to natural drainage streams.

Project is divided into three phases with construction costs of $829,660.00 (Phase I), $716,807.50 (Phase II), and $716,807.50 (Phase III).

State Treasurer will disburse funds via warrants issued by the State Fiscal Officer upon proper requisitions.

Effective date is July 1, 2025.
