Amends the definition of "fantasy contest" to allow winning outcomes determined by performance of multiple athletes against statistical benchmarks set by the operator, in addition to accumulated statistical results from actual sporting events.

Requires fantasy contest operators with 100+ players to implement commercially reasonable procedures including age verification (18+), prevention of employee participation, restriction of confidential information sharing, and identification of highly experienced players.

Restricts the number of entries a single player can submit based on contest size: 1 entry for contests with ≤12 players; 2 entries for 13-36 players; 3 entries for 37-100 players; and the lesser of 3% of total entries or 150 entries for contests with >100 players.

Prohibits operators from offering contests based on collegiate, high school, or youth sports events and requires disclosure of median/mean net winnings and percentage of prizes awarded to highly experienced players.

Operators must segregate player funds from operational funds or maintain financial reserves, prevent use of third-party scripts and cheating devices, and comply with audit procedures by the Mississippi Gaming Commission; effective July 1, 2025.
