Establishes the Mississippi Public Health Trust Fund as a special fund in the State Treasury, administered by the State Department of Health.

Fund receives revenue from legislative appropriations, donations, gifts, grants, and any other sources provided by law.

Primary purpose is to provide financial assistance for public health programs and services as defined in Section 41-3-15.

Fund disbursements require legislative appropriation and are made by the State Department of Health with oversight from the State Board of Health.

Unexpended amounts do not lapse at fiscal year end and interest earned is credited back to the fund; effective July 1, 2025.
