Requires the Mississippi Real Estate Commission to provide written notice to licensees at least 5 business days before amending, suspending, revoking, or refusing to renew their license, with notice delivered via email on file with the commission.

Changes the standard of proof in commission and administrative hearings on alleged violations from "preponderance of the evidence" to "clear and convincing" evidence.

Establishes that complaints must be resolved by dismissal or issuance of formal complaint within 120 days of written notice to licensee and responsible broker.

Requires final resolution of complaints within 1 year of written notice through dismissal, final ruling, or agreed order, with administrative hearings scheduled within 60 days after the one-year deadline if officers are unavailable.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
