Requires sheriffs or process servers to post summons and sworn affidavits on the door of the premises within 72 consecutive hours of filing and mail copies the same day.

Reduces the court hearing date for eviction cases to no more than 14 days from the date the sworn affidavit or complaint is filed.

Shortens the notice period for rental agreement termination from 14 days to 7 days for breaches by either landlord or tenant.

Limits eviction hearing adjournments to one time only, with a single adjournment not exceeding 10 days, and the entire hearing process capped at 20 days from when the eviction action was filed.

Removes language allowing courts to extend the move-out period beyond 7 days except for emergencies or compelling circumstances.
