Division of Tourism of the Mississippi Development Authority must create a statewide "Gospel Music Trail" infrastructure offering structured tours of gospel music historical sites and performance venues to tourists and targeted groups

Division must inventory gospel music cultural assets that could be developed for domestic and international tourism and investment opportunities

Division shall designate specific sites for Mississippi Gospel Music Trail markers, with marker text approved by the division and erected/maintained by the Mississippi Department of Transportation

Division must coordinate the Gospel Music Trail program with organizations and entities to share resources and marketing, and align efforts with state historic preservation programs to identify properties eligible for the National Register of Historic Places

Division shall submit a comprehensive state plan report for marketing gospel music history to the Governor and Legislature before the 2026 Regular Session convenes
