Deletes the prohibition on Medicaid participation for a 40-bed psychiatric residential treatment facility in DeSoto County established by a hospital with a Certificate of Need.

Allows the DeSoto County facility to participate in the Medicaid program without restrictions on the number of beds certified or patients served, removing previous limitations that capped Medicaid participation at 15 beds.

Removes written agreement requirements that previously bound the facility and its subsequent owners to restrict Medicaid participation.

Effective July 1, 2025.
