Prohibits altering the location of polling places within 60 days of any primary, general, runoff, or special election unless exigent circumstances exist.

Requires governing authorities or boards of supervisors to document reasons for polling place alterations within the 60-day period in official meeting minutes.

Mandates public notice of any polling place alterations within 60 days of an election be posted at city hall, courthouse, registrar's office, and previous polling place location (if public building), and published in local newspapers for three consecutive weeks or weekly if alteration occurs within three weeks of election.

Applies the 60-day polling place stability requirement uniformly across multiple code sections governing municipal, county, and state election administration.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
