Allows recreational vehicle park owners or operating agents to refuse accommodations and request removal of persons displaying intoxication, profanity, lewdness, brawling, non-payment of rent, disturbing conduct, illegal activity, or creating safety hazards.

Authorizes law enforcement officers to remove persons who refuse to leave or place them under arrest for trespass; persons deemed to have abandoned occupancy rights upon removal or arrest.

Requires park operators to care for abandoned personal property and allow removed persons 48 hours (accompanied by law enforcement) to retrieve belongings before the property may be disposed of by the park.

Prohibits removal or refusal of accommodations based on race, color, national origin, sex, physical disability, or creed.

Protects law enforcement officers from liability for property or person removal under these provisions; effective July 1, 2025.
