Amends Mississippi Code Section 41-29-139 to include dosage units as a metric for determining penalties in aggravated drug trafficking cases involving Schedule I or II controlled substances (excluding marijuana and synthetic cannabinoids).

Establishes that aggravated trafficking now applies to persons trafficking 200 grams or more or 400 dosage units or more of Schedule I or II controlled substances, triggering a mandatory sentence of 25 years to life imprisonment.

Maintains existing penalty structure for regular drug trafficking, transfer, possession, and simple possession offenses while adding dosage unit thresholds as alternatives to weight measurements.

Defines "dosage unit" as a tablet, capsule, or in the case of liquid solutions, one milliliter; for LSD, a stamp, square, dot, microdot, tablet or capsule.

Effective date: July 1, 2025.
