Amends Section 41-149-7 of the Mississippi Code to remove distributors from prohibitions that prevent manufacturers from interfering with 340B drug acquisition and delivery to contracted pharmacies.

Removes language that prohibits manufacturers or distributors from denying, restricting, or interfering with 340B drug acquisition by pharmacies contracted with 340B entities, leaving only manufacturers subject to this restriction.

Takes effect July 1, 2025, with a sunset provision repealing the act on June 30, 2025.
