Transfer terms and conditions must consider potential redevelopment options including medical office building, cancer center, post-acute care facility, or joint police administrative building.

State of Mississippi retains all mineral rights to the transferred property.

Department of Finance and Administration has authority to correct any legal description discrepancies of the property.
