Chief Justice of the Mississippi Supreme Court may appoint two (2) full-time judges and one (1) part-time judge for the Capitol Complex Improvement District (CCID) inferior court.

CCID court judges must possess all qualifications required for municipal court judges and be qualified electors of Mississippi.

Full-time CCID judges shall receive compensation not to exceed $10,000 less than county court judges; part-time judge shall be paid hourly at rates determined by full-time judges.

Administrative Office of Courts shall provide compensation for all CCID judges and their support staff.

Section shall automatically repeal on July 1, 2027; act takes effect July 1, 2025.
