Creates the "2025 Construction Training Assistance Fund" as a special fund in the state treasury to provide grants for construction industry training programs.

Directs the Mississippi Office of Workforce Development to establish a grant program assisting public community colleges, junior colleges, and K-12 school systems with costs of providing construction-related training and tuition fees.

Deposits 6.75% of monthly sales tax revenue collected under Section 27-65-21 (contractor taxes) into the fund beginning September 15, 2025.

Requires applicants to submit applications describing training type, duration, student numbers, associated costs, and grant amounts requested; the office issues certificates of participation to approved applicants.

Fund monies are disbursed by the Mississippi Department of Employment Security upon legislative appropriation to the Office of Workforce Development; unexpended balances and investment earnings remain in the fund and do not revert to the General Fund.
