Establishes the Artificial Intelligence Regulation (AIR) Task Force consisting of seven voting members including one state senator and one state representative as co-chairs, plus heads of the Department of Information Technology Services, Mississippi Artificial Intelligence Network, Office of Homeland Security, National Guard, and Attorney General.

Authorizes the task force to appoint ex-officio non-voting members with AI expertise from workforce development, education, healthcare, private business, automation, manufacturing, ethics, agriculture, and entertainment sectors.

Directs the task force to serve as a regulatory sandbox to develop AI regulations, review federal and state AI laws and policies, evaluate AI implementation in government agencies, and consider funding allocation for AI development.

Requires the task force to focus reviews on privacy, data protection, ethical standards, risk assessment, liability, bias, copyright, and consumer impact.

Task force must submit annual reports to the Legislature by December 1 each year and dissolves on December 31, 2027; task force meetings and findings are exempt from public meeting and public records laws.
