Brings forward Section 9-3-1 establishing three Supreme Court districts comprised of specified Mississippi counties, with the First District containing 22 counties, the Second District containing 26 counties, and the Third District containing 32 counties.

Brings forward Section 9-4-5 establishing five Court of Appeals districts with two judges each, setting eight-year terms for judges, and specifying staggered term expiration dates to ensure no more than a majority of judges' offices become vacant simultaneously.

Brings forward Section 23-15-993 designating nine Supreme Court judgeships (three per district) as separate offices with position numbers, and specifying term expiration dates for each position in each district.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
