Amends Section 75-24-5 of Mississippi Code to add violations of the Defending Affordable Prescription Drug Costs Act (Sections 41-149-1 through 41-149-11) as a prohibited unfair or deceptive trade practice.

Expands the list of unfair methods of competition and deceptive trade practices to include prescription drug pricing violations that would be enforceable under Mississippi's consumer protection laws.

Allows consumers to bring actions against entities that violate the Defending Affordable Prescription Drug Costs Act through existing consumer protection law provisions in Section 75-24-9.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
