Creates the Mississippi Curriculum Alignment Task Force to review and make recommendations on aligning secondary and post-secondary curriculum throughout the state

Task force comprised of 12 members including executive directors from Community College Board, Department of Education, and Office of Workforce Development, plus appointees and legislative committee chairs from both chambers

Task force duties include studying curriculum alignment, examining high school and community college experiences, analyzing Carnegie unit requirements, calculating necessary funding, and determining required state law changes

Task force shall meet at least monthly, submit monthly reports to the Legislature, and deliver final findings and recommendations by December 1, 2025, at which time it dissolves

Members receive no compensation but may be reimbursed for mileage and expenses; Mississippi Department of Education provides necessary staff and support
