Creates the "Justice for Trafficked Minors Act" establishing mandatory minimum life sentences for human trafficking of minors when the defendant is 19 years of age or older.

Amends Section 97-3-54.1 to require life imprisonment for procuring sexual servitude of a minor, replacing the previous 20-year minimum sentence.

Amends Section 97-29-51 to impose mandatory life imprisonment for procurement of prostitution of a minor when the defendant is 19 years or older, increasing penalties from the previous 5-30 year range.

Requires mandatory reporting of suspected child trafficking to the Department of Child Protection Services and Statewide Human Trafficking Coordinator, with annual reporting to legislative leadership on cases received and services provided.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
