Amends Section 67-3-3 of the Mississippi Code to revise the definition of "beer" to include a minimum alcoholic content of not less than one-half of one percent (1/2%) by weight, in addition to the existing maximum of eight percent (8%) by weight.

Establishes that "beer" is defined as a malt beverage under the Federal Alcohol Administration Act and its regulations, with the specified alcohol content range.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
