Renames "The Polygraph Examiners Law" to "The Polygraph and Computer Voice Stress Analyzer Examiners Law" to authorize use of both polygraph examinations and computer voice stress analyzer (CVSA) examinations for verifying truth and detecting deception.

Expands examiner qualifications and licensing requirements to include CVSA examiners alongside polygraph examiners, with the same education, training, and moral fitness standards.

Allows licensed polygraph examiners with formal CVSA training to use computer voice stress analyzer instruments in addition to traditional polygraph devices.

Updates the Polygraph Examiners Board composition to include both polygraph and CVSA examiners, and applies all existing licensing, discipline, and enforcement provisions to both examination types.

Maintains prohibition on admitting polygraph or CVSA examination results as evidence in court proceedings; effective July 1, 2025.
